._joe: “I was a dual sport athlete in high school which meant I was getting my weight room training in on my own between practices. I followed a bodybuilding style training programming which helped me put on size but didn’t do anything for my sports performance. I wish I had the access to our program like ours that would have given me the appropriate training in the appropriate amounts.”
Luckily you don’t have to wonder about that for your athletes. We have a program launching that is specifically designed to address the needs of athletes in and out of season so that they’re constantly improving and maximizing their performance.

Are you interested in helping out with Deadlifts for Charity?
WHEN: Saturday, August 5th
TIME: Volunteers will work various parts of the event, sometime between 8am-1pm. We will also need some help with setup on Friday night.
WHAT: Volunteers will help with participant sign in, setup/tear down, counting reps, loading weights, keeping score, and making sure the event runs smoothly.
⚠️Volunteers CAN participate in the event! In fact, we encourage that!
