We are officially open for the 2025 off season. Today’s focus was on timing the second step up with contact with the defender and aggressive hands. I had a great time this morning training tight shade and head up blocks with 2 college offensive linemen. David Williams Jr of Bethel University and Wes Jones of BYU. Both athletes report to training camp soon and I wish them the best of luck. I have had a blast helping these althletes prepare for the ‘23 season.
