Hello Everyone! I thought I’d share this woman’s story for today’s inspiration. I have been affiliated with her family for years. I pray her story blesses you as it has blessed me. Have a fabulous day and remember, in HIM we live we move and have our being.
“Just to help someone alone the way. I was HAPPY🥰🥰🥰; being fluffy at my heaviest, I was over 300+lbs(size 22-24). In March of 2021, my A1C was high, and my doctor put my on medication. Which I told her, " I rebuke you and this medicine." So, I made an effort to start eating better and exercising. In my case, walking. It became a habit. If I didn't walk, it would nag me all day. Now, I'm down 65lbs(size 18).
Thank you to all of you who have given me words of encouragement. I appreciate them all. Lastly, if you are struggling, take it one day at a time. You didn't gain weight overnight, and you won't lose it overnight.”
