Former SEAAU Hoops Legend
Demarcus Cousins played AAU with the Alabama Challenge. He went on to start his own AAU team, Alabama Fusion. After high school he went on to the Kentucky Wildcats and was ultimately drafted 5th overall to the Sacramento Kings.

Some of his accomplishments are:

NBA All-Rookie First Team
4x NBA All-Star

Southeastern AAU Boys’ Basketball (SEAAU Hoops) is a premier grassroots boys’ basketball sports program that is associated with the Southeastern District of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).

The Southeastern District is comprised of the State of Alabama and the State of Tennessee and was founded September 30, 1989.

Over the past 30 years SEAAU Hoops has served as an elite developmental basketball program for young boys who aspire to play basketball at the collegiate and professional levels.

Some of the past participants who have played in the NCAA and NBA are:
