Our competition students ages 10-14 are a part of the most elite level of our essential competition team. These students receive amazing classes and training to perform and feel their best on stage. EDC is beyond thrilled to be teaching our first adult dance class tonight from 5:00-6:00!🥳💃 Tonight’s class is a “ballet” class in which we will establish ballet fundamentals and progress into graceful sequences that cultivate poise and confidence. Our adult ballet class is unique because it incorporates elements of Pilates and yoga to supplement the ballet concepts and steps we are working on while developing strength and body awareness by moving in new ways.✨

Our Adult class series is an intro to ballet, hip hop, and jazz. We offer the adult classes 3 times per month rotating through the different dance styles. These classes take place on specified Wednesdays from 5-6. The weekly style offerings can be found on the Adult tab of the Pre-Team calendar.
