Pure Barre Looking for a great workout in Memphis, TN? Our classes have been carefully designed to feature low-impact, high-intensity movements for any fitness level.

The Pure Barre Technique is a total body workout that burns fat and produces lifted seats, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs by fusing elements of ballet, pilates and weights in a 55 minute intense session. Inspired by yoga, Pilates, and ballet, Pure Barre is an empowering full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally.
