Codi received her degree in Health Administration at University of Memphis! And I’m currently working with Nordstrom as a Service Representative Stylist while pursuing a nursing degree in Dallas. I will graduate in December 2026! I’ve been thriving in the city that I’ve prayed to move to! We are looking for to seeing your grow!!!

Motivational Monday - Brittney Clayborn

Brittney earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi. She now serves as a professor at USM, where she teaches Public Health and oversees the internship program. We are incredibly proud, as a studio, to have played a role in her journey and to continue cheering her on as she makes an impact in both her students’ lives and her future career.

Misty Copeland took a bow at her final performance as a dancer with the Americans Ballet Theater!!!

Take your bow Misty Copeland! Oprah, Misty’s son and husband, the American Ballet Theater, and so many more were there to give Misty her flowers as she finished her farewell performance. We are cheering you on in the next chapter of your life, Misty! 🩰🩰🩰

Motivational Monday - Late but still on time to recognize a student!!

Meet Loryn, who started her dance journey with DanzHouse in 2009 as a recreational dancer before joining our competitive team and falling in love with tap. 💜 Her dedication in the studio carried into the classroom—this year she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida A&M University with a degree in Elementary Education in just three years!

Now teaching 2nd grade in Tallahassee and pursuing her Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction at Florida State University, we couldn’t be prouder of her accomplishments. We’re cheering her on every step of the way as she continues her journey in education!

Meet Alexis, who began at DanzHouse in 2009 as a recreational dancer before joining our competitive team and thriving as a performer. This summer she entered medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and proudly received her white coat, marking her commitment to the profession’s core values.

We are beyond proud of Alexis as she continues her journey in medical school—proof that the discipline, confidence, and resilience she built through dance extends far beyond the studio.
