What are your reservations about counseling or coaching??

I had 4 back to back sessions this morning and I have 1 coming up this evening. My win for today is that I completed all progress notes during each session. Shout out to me starting my week off efficiently!!!

What has been your win for today?

Sitting here listening to a vlog as a I check emails. The vlog isn't in real time but when she said her son was sick I immediately started praying until I remembered that the vlog was the past so he is fine now 😆🤣.

One thing about Jameka Jones-Carter she is going to pray onsite.

With that being said I pray that those suffering with grief have peace that surpasses all understanding. You don't have to know how you are going to get through, just know who is going to get you through!

This week is going to be amazing!! Why??Because we said so!!!
