Your instructor during class is actually a totally different person than your instructor after class 🤪

A day in the life with Savannah!!! Savannah is another new NB instructor and you’ll be able to catch her on the mic in Germantown SO SOON! Savannah is a girl mom x2 and is pregnant with her third (she’s waiting to find out the gender though 🙊). When she’s not working as a nurse and chasing her kids, she loves to spend time with her husband and read a good book!

Today was a travel day because they’re spending fall break in the smokies!

Ready for a few days in a cozy cabin!

Her girls already know how to accessorize 🎀

Ofc!!!

Ending the day with tea and a book 💤

A DITL with another new instructor 😚 You already know and love her…it’s Emily Sommerman! Emily spent two years working our front desk/childcare before becoming an instructor. Emily attended Delta State for undergrad and went on to get her M.Ed from MSU 🐶 When she’s not at NB, she loves spending time with her family (most likely with an ice cold DC in hand 🤌🏼). Emily and her husband Matthew have a goal to travel to all the national parks- they’re checking one off their list by spending Christmas in the Smokies! You can catch Emily on the mic TOMORROW 10/7 at 5PM for barre50! 👏🏼 💫

Kicked Tuesday off with teaching at 7AM!

Had a work meeting with her Young Life coworkers!

Teaching her daughter that the best afternoons are spent shopping 💅🏼

Duh 🥤

Nothing better than a spooky family walk to end the day 👻
