Spatial awareness starts before the ball gets to you. 👀⚽️

Julia does a great job scanning the space around her as she moves, helping her receive into space and set up her next touch.

Read it early. Receive into space. Play forward.

Brinkley has made so much progress with this. ⚽️

Coach Gage has her working on staying in motion without rushing — keeping control and being ready to react wherever the ball goes.

Love seeing her improvement and confidence in every rep.

The math problem isn't really about the math. 🧠⚽️

Coach Carlos challenges Julia to keep moving and controlling the ball while her mind focuses on something else. The goal? Trust the work you've put in, let your body handle the ball, and keep your mind ready to read what's happening around you.

Play with confidence. ⚽️

If you miss one, there's another ball coming...that's what training is for. Coach Hector works with Elle on making the decision, committing, and going again.

Make the decision. Commit. Go again.

Always More.

🔖 Save this and bring it to your next session.

Not every ball gives you the same angle. ⚽️

Coach Carlos works with Elise on adding another finish to her game: when the ball takes you wide and you can't strike across your body with the laces, use the inside to guide it toward your target.

Different angle. Different tool. 🎯

Sometimes the best soccer lesson comes from another sport. ⛳️⚽️

Coach Margi uses a golf swing to help Lucy clean up her follow-through. A smoother swing through the ball means more distance and accuracy — without sacrificing control.

The number of non-soccer references that we have used over the years to make a coaching point is insane 😂. You can ask Coach Carlos; he has had quite a few good ones.

Power, speed, and quick decisions. ⚡️⚽️

Anybody can turn, but can you do it at game-like speed? That's the difference-maker.

Today is National Coaches Day, and we're taking a moment to celebrate the heart of MAGIS — our coaches.

To every coach who shows up early, stays late, and sees the potential in a kid before they see it in themselves — thank you. You are the difference.

Happy National Coaches Day from all of us at MAGIS. 💙

Good technique is one thing. Doing it at game speed is another. ⚡️⚽️

Coach Carlos works with Abby on bringing more intensity into every rep — because in a game, no one's waiting for you to make the play.

Train it fast. Play it faster. 🎯
