Meet Samantha!
New to us, but not to group fitness, Sam is joining our team this summer ๐
Sheโs been teaching group fitness classes since 2014, but was first introduced to the fitness world via her mom who teaches yoga & Pilates.
Hereโs a little about Sam:
โDuring the day, I am a K-8 school counselor and talk to my students a lot about mental health while also emphasizing the importance of physical health.
I love group fitness because it encompasses it all: encourages you to grow mentally, physically, socially and emotionally.โ
