🚗 We’re on the Road to 40!

In 2028, BRIDGES will celebrate 40 years of Bridge Builders—four decades of helping young people find their voices, lead across differences, and create change in their communities.

Now, we’re investing in what comes next. Road to 40 is our campaign to raise $400,000 by 2028 to help sustain Bridge Builders for generations to come.

Every donation is critical. Every gift helps ensure young people have access to transformative leadership experiences that prepare them to lead.

Help us reach our goal and build what comes next. 💙

Youth voice. Youth leadership. Community action. 🗣️💙

BRIDGES President & CEO Sam O’Bryant recently hosted his first Youth Development Roundtable here at BRIDGES. This meeting brought together young people and leaders from youth-focused organizations across Shelby County to share ideas, experiences, and priorities for our community’s future.

The conversation focused on how we can better support young people across Shelby County—from education and opportunity to community development and quality of life.

Young people deserve a seat at the table, and the organizations working alongside them deserve a voice in shaping the systems and opportunities that impact their lives.

We’re proud to see youth voice and leadership at the center of this work! ✨
