Our 5v5 Summer League has no coaches, why? To encourage players to think for themselves, solve problems and interact with each other without an adult telling them what to do. This is massive for player development if used correctly. Coaches and teams get smarter more competent players that they can instruct and organize for the other 10 months of the year. For the 1-2 you play in our leagues though, 🚫coaching please and understand it’s for children’s benefit 🙏😉😎

Last training session of the season yesterday, such a blast to work with these players and see the impact it’s made on their game on and off the court! So proud and soooo much fun! Diagonal run pattern/passing warmup for our players…last couple sessions have centered around movement and kids are doing great! It’s very difficult to learn and time consuming to teach but the rewards are huge when teams understand. Defending players who don’t stay in 1 position becomes very difficult 😉😎
