College hooper, Collin Maclin enters phase 5 of the ACL return-to-play system.

At PRIMETIME, we attack every phase of the comeback—strength, mobility, stability, power, speed, conditioning, movement, and basketball-specific work.

We’re not chasing a date on the calendar.

We’re building an athlete who is READY when he returns.

Rebuild. Reload. Return.

🫁 PERFORMANCE ISN’T A GUESS. IT’S MEASURABLE.

We believe athletes shouldn’t wait until the season starts to find out if they’re truly prepared for it. That’s why we utilize VO₂ Max testing as part of our PRO READY performance assessment process.

We TEST. ANALYZE. TRAIN. RETEST.

VO₂ Max testing gives us valuable insight into an athlete’s aerobic capacity and ability to utilize oxygen during intense work. But we don’t stop at the number.

We use the data to help us:
🏀 Analyze the athlete’s current conditioning profile
📊 Identify strengths and areas that need development
⚙️ Individualize conditioning and recovery demands
🔥 Train the athlete based on their specific physiological needs
🔄 Retest to measure progress and adjust the plan
💪 Integrate conditioning with strength, speed, power and basketball-specific work
🎯 Prepare athletes to perform—not simply survive—the demands of their season

Because being “in shape” isn’t the same as being basketball ready.

Our goal is to develop athletes who can sprint, recover, change direction, defend, attack, make decisions and continue producing at a high level when fatigue sets in.

DATA → DEVELOPMENT → PERFORMANCE

When the season arrives, READY isn’t a feeling.

READY IS THE STANDARD.

An honor and privilege to share the podium with one of the Performance Coaching 🐐’s.

Coach Ed Downs has made huge impacts in the strength & conditioning, and sports performance space; working with some of your favorite athletes of all time. From the likes of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Penny Hardaway and many more, his systems have proven to transform athletes from good to great, giving them an edge over the competition.

As a matter of fact, I studied and utilized some of his theories and foundational principles when I built the PRIMETIME ™️ model.

It’s definitely a full circle moment being able to speak, teach and present on the same stage.

Excited to connect. Thankful for favor. 🙏
