BETA Mpowerment

BETA is an accroynm for Brotherhood, Education, Trust, and Advocacy.

The Mpowerment Project is a model HIV prevention program that has been specifically designed to address the needs of young gay/bi men of color, ranging from the ages of 18-29. Operated out of the Haven Memphis, the BETA Mpowerment porgram is geared towards engaging gay/bi and transpeople of color in Memphis, Tennessee through sexual health education, interactive events, and peer-lead discussions.
