Partnership is about more than a logo. It’s about showing up.

We are incredibly grateful to Huntington Bank for stepping in as a major contributor to the back half of our 2026 season and serving as the Official 19th Hole Partner of the Sapphire Golf Tour in Chicago and Atlanta.

Their support helped us create more than a hospitality space. It created a place for our players, partners, guests and supporters to connect, celebrate, build relationships and enjoy the experience surrounding the competition.

From the Windy City Women’s Open in Chicago to the Peach City Women’s Open in Atlanta, Huntington Bank helped us elevate the atmosphere and make these moments feel bigger than golf.

Those experiences matter.

NUMBER 9.

Congratulations to Amari Avery on earning full LPGA Tour status.

This is bigger than one player. It is another chapter in the history of Black women in professional golf.

Before Amari, there were eight: Althea Gibson, Renee Powell, LaRee Sugg, Shasta Averyhardt, Cheyenne Woods, Sadena Parks, Ginger Howard and Mariah Stackhouse. Eight women who opened doors, carried the weight of representation and gave the next generation something to see.

Now Amari becomes No. 9.

At Sapphire Golf Tour, we celebrate her success because this is exactly why the work matters. The talent has always been there. The goal is to continue building the support, opportunities, competition and resources that help more women make that final jump.

We are working diligently every day to make sure No. 10 is not far behind — and then 11, 12 and beyond.

Congratulations, Amari. We are excited for you, proud of what this moment represents, and looking forward to everything ahead.

We are proud to recognize Maine Love as the Official Water Hydration Partner of the Sapphire Golf Tour for the 2026 season.

Their support went far beyond providing water. Maine Love helped us take care of the people who make this Tour possible — our players, spectators, volunteers, staff, and guests — while supporting our broader mission of creating a stronger professional pathway for Black and Latina women in golf.

For years, golf has asked: Why don’t we see more Black women competing professionally?

Over the last 7 years, I’ve watched many programs introduce Black girls to golf and help them develop. But after college, the pathway often ended.

Talented players were expected to compete internationally with minimal financial support and too few opportunities to keep developing.

That was the problem I felt compelled to address—not by replacing the programs already doing the work, but by extending the pathway and building what needed to come next.

The goal was never simply to create another tour. It was to build a support system among the players and around them while giving collegiate and elite junior golfers opportunities to compete alongside professionals—making the bridge to the next level shorter, stronger and more visible.

Seven Sapphire Golf Tour players are competing in the opening stage of LPGA Q-Series across California, Texas and Florida:

Thousands of Spectator Tickets Sold. Millions of Fans were reached. More than 50 Sponsors, partners and community organizations have believed in the vision and helped us build something the world could no longer overlook.

This three minute documentary is more than a recap of the Peach City Women’s Open. It is a glimpse into the journey of the Sapphire Golf Tour and the remarkable women whose talent, determination and courage continue to move professional golf forward.

Most importantly, congratulations to every player who competed.

We appreciate your courage. Your grit. Your grind. Your sacrifice. Your commitment to this Tour and your commitment to one another as sisters.
