Meet Jennifer Miller, one of our Kroc Fitness Instructors!
Jennifer's passion for group fitness began at an early age through youth team sports. Her journey as an instructor started when a need arose after a beloved Kroc instructor retired. As a regular class participant, she was invited to step up and lead water fitness classes, and she hasn’t looked back since!

❓What is your favorite thing about teaching group fitness classes?
❝My favorite thing about teaching group fitness classes is helping my members achieve their fitness goals. Hearing about their success brings me great joy. ❞

❓What is one favorite move you do in your classes and why?
❝One of my favorite moves in the pool is crossbody punches. Feet are placed a little more than shoulder width apart. You hold the water dumbbells close to your body and rotate at the waist while punching out wide to the side. It is a fun, full-body exercise that is great for core strength and mobility. ❞

❓What can members expect from you when they come to your classes?
❝Members should expect to always find a fun, welcoming environment with GREAT music in all of my classes! They should also expect to experience positive results if they commit to regularly attending classes. ❞

The Memphis Grizzlies have officially retired Tony Allen’s No. 9 jersey, cementing his legacy as the “Grindfather” and a true icon of Grit & Grind basketball! 🔥
We’re especially grateful to have witnessed his impact firsthand. Tony Allen once trained and played basketball with kids right here at the Kroc Center as part of the Grizzlies Jr. Camps. His passion for the game and dedication to the next generation continue to inspire!
