Yoga Inspired Core Flow!! Enjoy :)

I sped the video up so one set of this flow is about 10-15 min. depending on your speed and recover poses. Focus on proper form, breath, and core engagement in each posture. You’ll get some arm workout in there too :) Listen to your body at times. If anything pinches or is painful, skip / back off intensity. Otherwise, enjoy as a stand alone core flow, added to a practice or repeat 2-3 rounds - find your fit :)

Core Flow (all times / durations are what’s in the video but optional - Listen to your body):

From Tabletop,
Extend Arm / Opposite Leg - Knee to Elbow x 10 each side
Shake it out with a couple rounds of Cat / Cows

Thread the Needle with Leg Lift Each Side - Hold 2-3 breaths Leg Up & 2-3 breaths Leg Down

Plank - 10-20 Count
Side Plank - Full or Modified (Each Side) 10-20 Count
