It’s a wrap! The 2026 YMCA of Memphis & Mid-South Lifeguard Olympics is in the books! Congratulations to the medal and trophy winners! 🏆🥇🏅🥉 The competition was fierce with many LOUD supporters cheering their for their lifeguards. Outstanding jobs by all the competitors and the organizers.

There are many varieties of lionfish in the Philippines, like this twinspot. Lionfish are indigenous to the Pacific and have natural predators. It's thought that grouper, large eels, frogfish and maybe coronetfish eat lionfish.
