This Kinematic Sequence graph is the difference between long drives… and leaving distance on the table.

Most golfers think they need to swing harder to hit it farther. In reality, speed comes from sequence, not effort.

This kinematic sequence graph shows how your body actually produces speed—starting from the ground up (hips → torso → arms → club). When that order is off, you lose power before the club ever reaches the ball.

When it’s right?

Speed shows up without forcing it.
Contact gets more solid.
Distance starts to climb—fast.

This is exactly what I’m measuring in lessons. No guessing, just clear data that shows where speed is being lost and how to fix it.

👉 Casting isn’t a swing flaw—it’s a timing problem.

Casting happens when the wrists unhinge too early trying to “help” the ball into the air.

But here’s the truth:
Good players don’t release early… they deliver late.

💡 Try this:
Make small “punch swings” with a 7-iron
– Keep your hands ahead of the clubhead
– Feel like the clubhead stays behind your hands through impact

If the club flips past your hands → you’re casting
If your hands lead → you’re compressing

Do 10 reps like this, then hit a full shot with the same feel.

That’s how you train lag the right way.
