Yoga Elements Yoga Elements is a community yoga studio offering classes for people of all ages and experience!

Yoga Elements opened in March, 2016 as the product of a collaboration between Crystal Hill and Kathy Davis. They created a studio that has a place for every level of experience and ability. As of January 2021, Crystal stepped away from an ownership/management role, and Kathy assumed full ownership, continuing the mission of the studio. Kathy, who relocated to Appleton in 2009, has studied alignment yoga since 2007. We offer a variety of classes -- vinyasa, alignment, yin, restorative, and prenatal. Kathy is also trained in Yoga for Osteoporosis and offers a weekly class geared towards building strong bones. Our goal is to reach a large audience, especially those who may not identify with the “typical” yoga student portrayed in the media, but has a desire to start and maintain a yoga practice for the tremendous benefits it provides. We boast a caring, highly experienced staff and we are the only area studio with a state of the art yoga wall, which is used in our classes to support the therapeutic and healing focus of our practice, and also provide an opportunity for a deeper practice! Your first class is free to provide you the opportunity to get familiar with our studio and yoga family. You can drop in to class, allowing you to "pay as you go,” or purchase a package of classes for a discounted rate. We also offer a monthly-unlimited option, which is a cost effective way to attend multiple classes each week. Giving back to our clients and community is very important to us, so watch for activities and events this year with free yoga, prizes and fundraising for local charities!

UPDATE! It looks like a storm is rolling through right before class time. As Barker Farm Park does not have a big shelter, we are cancelling Yoga in the Park for tonight, but are adding one more week. Hope you can join us next Tuesday to wrap up summer 2026!
