The Gym - Boltz's Family Martial Arts Academy is located in the South Metro of the Twin Cities. More Thant just a martial arts school we strive to be a important part of the South Metro community in many, many ways! We offer martial arts classes and strive to have something for almost everyone. Taekwondo classes (how we got our start so many years ago) is our flagship martial arts:

We offer Youth and Family Taekwondo classes are a great extra-curricular choice for your child to get them active, build social skills, increase focus and develop self-control. Send your child onto the mat for first-class martial arts training or join them, making this your family fun time! We also have our incredible Teen and Adult classes! These classes offer a great opportunities for teen and adults to begin their martial arts journey or continue on a journey long-forgotten. We have a large population of teen and adult students at various levels. Don't forget your little ones as we offer Little Dragons (Pre-school Taekwondo) for kids ages 3-6 year of age. These little champions learn martial arts, develop social skills, and have an outlet for year round activity is a healthy and fun environment. Haidong Gumdo (sword training) is a traditional martial arts of the sword and a fun and unique way to train the body and mind. We know that carrying a sword isn't typically done in life, but taking the time to master the sword is a lot of fun and a great way to train your body and develop through a unique and fun fitness routine. Ki Chong Fusion (Tai Chi, breathing and balance for seniors) is a class designed for seniors to get out and be active, develop a better sense of balance and just enjoy a fun community. Go Ninja Warrior (Free Running, Tumbling and Martial Arts) is just what it sounds an active child's dream come true! Scale walls, jump from obstacle to obstacle, roll like its no ones business and learn the basics of martial arts.
