Starting June 1st, we’ll be running Kids NoGi Jiu-Jitsu morning classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10AM for kids ages 7 and up.

These classes are designed to keep kids active, build confidence, improve discipline, and teach real self-defense in a fun and positive environment.
