Good afternoon everyone, today’s walk is canceled!!!

I will see everyone on Saturday at 9am as scheduled. I’m hoping we’ll have better air quality and great weather, looking forward to having a big turn out.

I understand with all the recent and ongoing fires in the area that Air Quality might be a concern for everyone. I’m still willing to walk, if you’d like to wear a mask 😷 you can. I’m dedicated to helping people get and stay active.

If you planning on showing up please comment “I’m In” on this post. If I get no responses by noon Wednesday I’ll go ahead and cancel the walk for tomorrow and resume Saturday as regularly scheduled 💪🏽. Let’s have a blessed and powerful day!!!

Great walk and conversation this evening with Carlos, we knocked out a little under 2.5 miles and walked a new path around the community. Calories burned, exercise completed, and continuing an Active Healthy Lifestyle.

Great walk today fellas, it was nice getting to know Carlos and Bill…We were able to get in some exercising along with cardio walking 4 miles today cause the weather was perfect this morning. Being able to get off the couch, move your body, and build an active healthy lifestyle is great…Getting to know each other is definitely a bonus.

Looking forward to seeing more of you join us on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings… Next outing will be posted Monday!!!!
