FIGHT FITNESS is a fitness based boxing/kickboxing group class in which participants are encouraged to hit hard, let loose, and have fun! Created by NESTA Certified Personal Trainer and Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, Jeremy "Spyder" Murphy, you'll be led through a series of easy to follow boxing/kickboxing strikes and combinations along with lower body and core drills that will skyrocket

Have a Safe and Happy THANKSGIVING Weekend...
Here are 3 simple Ways to Stay Focused on your Fitness:
1) Stay Hydrated - Keep a reusable bottle of water with you at all times!
2) Eat Light - You’ll most likely be on the go with few healthy options available so be selective and don’t go overboard!
3) Wake up Early - Try waking up 30mins earlier than usual and use that time to knock out a simple workout. For example; 10 Push UPS, 10 Leg Lifts, 10 Jump Squats for 3 rounds will give you a nice quick burn and super charge your day! Try it!!!
