✨ Membership: Employee of the Week ✨

Will recently started as a member of the business desk and weekend building supervisor. Will has been doing an outstanding job and consistently goes above and beyond to support the team. He is dependable, flexible, and often willing to pick up shifts at the last minute when coverage is needed. Will also has a great attitude toward learning and is always willing to take on new responsibilities and grow.

His bubbly, positive personality is another one of his biggest strengths. Members genuinely enjoy interacting with him, and he brings great energy to the team and our facility. Will’s willingness to help, eagerness to learn, and positive attitude make him a valuable part of the team, and we truly appreciate everything he brings!

We’re excited to welcome Dirk to the Tri County Aquatics team as our new Assistant Aquatics Director! 🏊‍♂️

After more than 20 years in executive leadership, Dirk is thrilled to return to his roots in aquatics and pursue his lifelong passion for swim instruction and coaching. He says teaching a lifelong—and potentially lifesaving—skill is one of the most powerful experiences of his career, and we’re so excited for him to bring that passion, experience, and enthusiasm back to the pool deck!

Dirk officially joined us last Friday, so if you haven’t had a chance to meet him yet, be sure to stop by, say hello, and introduce yourself! Welcome to the team, Dirk—we’re thrilled to have you here!

Our Dietetic Intern, Emily, from the Healthy Living department had the opportunity to connect with members, answer general nutrition questions and share information about our Healthy Living programs.
