Congratulations to Allen Kraft for his 2nd place finish in this year’s District 4 competition. Allen faced 6 tough competitors and represented Local 183 with skill, hard work and determination. His attitude was always positive and we’re proud of his accomplishment. He will be a great mentor of apprentices following behind him.
