Menomonie Baseball Association

Thanks to the hard work and dedication in fundraising by our families this year four new scoreboards will be installed on diamonds 4, 5, 6, and 7 at Wakanda Park. These scoreboards will have modern technology allowing for app based scoring.

Menomonie Baseball Association has collaborated with Menomonie Parks and Recreation to make over $350,000 of improvements to the Wakanda Park ball diamonds in the past 10 years. This is all thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and families.

We are looking for a couple of MBA players that would be interested in selling 50-50 raffle tickets during the races this Friday night!

The Milwaukee Brewers are hosting an upcoming camp in Chippewa Falls at Hallie Ball Fields they have asked us to pass along. The 4-Day camp will run this coming Monday through Thursday, August 24th - 27th.

The camp is for ballplayers ages 6-14 and will offer 24 hours of professional instruction, a full Brewers uniform, VIP Day at American Family Field, 4 Brewers tickets and more.

14u-11u- check in starts at 2:30-3:00. Assessments start at 3:10 and go for 1 1/2 hours

10u-8u check in 3:00 and assessments start at 3:30 end around 5:30.

No metal cleats.

Our 9uAA team was honored at Target Field last night as the 2026 Champions of Gopher State. The team received rings and were honored in a pregame on-field ceremony.

Teammates from our 13uAA team Calvin Brulz and Mason Tamayo participated in the August Classic hosted by Metro Baseball this past weekend. Each team in the Metro League sends two to three players to the August Classic to form a regional team to compete in a round robin pool and then placement game.

Our 10u Travel team was able to cap off a great season by playing outside of American Family Field ahead of the Brewers Pirates game last night. The team did a great job of fundraising this spring during our association wide fundraiser. They used some proceeds to rent Helfaer Field to play Altoona and then attend last nights game.

Congratulations to our teams participating in Gopher State events for being recognized as having 100% rating for demonstrating good sportsmanship. Well done!

Congratulations to our 13uAAA in winning the Hallie All Star tournament this weekend. They defeated Marshfield Sandlot 13-5 in the semifinals.

In the championship game the team overcame a 6-0 deficit to defeat VSA 18-10. Great end to your season players and coaches!
