This weeks Feature Friday goes out to one of our longest tenured athletes Aubrie Dowd
Aubrie has been training with us for 4 years now, no matter if it was off season, in season, or summer we knew she would be in to get her workouts done!
Aubrie always comes in with a smile on her face and is an extremely hard worker! During her time as an athlete she also became an assistant coach for us helping run our Elk Mound summer training as well!
Aubrie is off to UWEC to study exercise science! We wish you luck and will miss having you at the gym!
Congrats Aubrie, your future is just beginning!!

Student-athlete mode: ON. 🎓🔥 Chase your goals in the classroom and in competition.
It’s important for athletes to excel in both the classroom and sports because success isn’t just about what you can do on the field—it’s about who you become along the way.
Discipline: The same dedication it takes to train and compete can help you stay focused on your academics.
Time management: Balancing practices, games, homework, and responsibilities teaches valuable skills for life.
Confidence: Achieving goals in the classroom and in competition builds confidence and resilience.
Being a complete student-athlete: The goal isn’t to choose between being a great athlete and a great student—it’s to strive to be both.
Work hard in the classroom. Work hard in your sport. Build a future you can be proud of—on and off the field. 🎓💪🏆

Always great to get out and support our athletes in their craft! 💪
With school kicking off soon, we’re excited to hit as many games as possible this season.
Thursday: Menomonie football opened strong—hard-fought game and a real display of resilience.
Sunday: A few of our coaches caught fall softball. Great pitching, some solid hits, and one very interesting slide into home made for a perfect weekend cap!
Congrats to all the athletes. Keep being great!!

As they wrap up their last week of internship we wanted to highlight all the work they have put in this summer!!
Mackenzie Bautch was a fan favorite for a lot of our athletes. She consistently had a smile on her face and strived to learn as much as possible. From understanding the flow of the gym, running Speed Plus sessions and learning how to create and reform programs, your impact did not go unnoticed! Mack’s presence will be missed!!
AJ pursued an internship months on advance to his first day! On day 1 he hit the ground running, making sure he learned every athletes name and finding a way to connect with each and every person! Your Aux paired with your incredible work ethic influenced many athletes in such a positive way!! We’re excited to catch some games this winter!! “Ancestors…lend me your strength”
Juliana Tenboer made huge strides throughout the summer. With each passing week she opened up more, making connections with key individuals, helping raise the environment of the gym!
Thank you guys for all your help this summer, the door is always open and we’re excited to see what the future has in store!!

S/O Ashton Wamboldt & Aiden Wamboldt
It’s always a bitter/sweet feeling to watch some incredible athletes leave to dominate their sport, however we had to highlight what the Wamboldt brothers accomplished this summer!!
Even while skating in all summer they still made it a priority to train 4 days(including running tempos in the sand while on vacation). The progress they made in 3 short months is nothing short of incredible, but the mindset they brought to each workout will be a staple of what ETS stands for!!
Grueling Tempo lifts, learning how to Hang Clean and lots of conditioning work has prepared them for what is to come this season.
“Great moments are born from great opportunity, that’s what you earned this season…Congrats boys, it’s been a summer for the books.

Why ETS?
Easy answer:
Our programs, coaching, results and culture
Another more detailed answer is in our Commandments
The culture is what drew me into ETS Performance at first. What has kept me here is the people, the leadership, the accountability and passion that pours out of every member of HQ, all ETS Directors and Performance Coaches!
That extends to all of our committed hardworking athletes who show up day in, day out chasing their goals and dreams, seeking that 1% improvement
When we say it’s FAMILY
