Fun to hear Dr Zoughari again after many long years. Sensei traveled to Wisconsin to teach us several times, and I treasure having learned from him.
30 years of training for Xanthi. Marked by 30 minutes of continuous sparring against fresh bodies. A reminder that its good to practice doing hard things.
