Might THIS be why we’re overwhelmed to begin with?

You’re too exhausted by the end of the day to take 20 minutes for yourself because the day started like this:
waking up to the crying toddler. They asked for breakfast, the dogs need fed, the youngest pooped, and the 4 year old spilled their milk. Before you know it, it’s nap time and you forgot to feed yourself.

“𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐈 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐩.”

He’s 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 asleep so you 𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 &take a minute to breathe. You start scrolling, an hour’s gone by and you 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 haven’t had a bite.

So, perhaps you’ll stick some bread in the toaster. You’ll plan to slap some avocado on, but by the time the toast pops, it feels like too much.

The chaos never settles, so-you’ll have dinner with the family. You’ll finally have energy and you’ll start thinking over your day and with great intentions, you’ll say to yourself, “𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭.”

It doesn’t 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 happen tomorrow and now you’re feeling guilty about the example you’re setting for them. Until finally, you admit to yourself, “𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.”

I get it. Because I’ve been there, until I finally said enough was enough.

That’s why I created 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟗𝟎 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝. We don’t sacrifice the cheese tray or the wine and we 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 give up our social life!
𝗪𝐞’𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐝, 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝟏𝟎-𝟐𝟓𝐥𝐛𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟗𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬.
You’ll 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 have to hire another coach or download another app again. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘺𝘮. The best part? You have the ENERGY to keep up with the kiddos, put on the bathing suit, jump on the trampoline, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐅 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐞.
