We spend hours every week taking care of work, responsibilities, and everyone around us.
What if you gave yourself just one hour?
One hour to move.
One hour to breathe.
One hour to reconnect.
One hour that leaves you feeling better than when you walked in.
✨ Your first class is FREE.
And if you love it, your first month of unlimited yoga is just $59.
Come see what one hour can do. 🤍

Most people walk into their first yoga class thinking flexibility will be the challenge.
And sometimes it is.
But ask a room full of yogis, and you might get a different answer.
Because yoga isn’t just about what your body can do.
It’s also about focus, presence, patience, and learning how to be where you are.
So tell us...
What’s harder?
🧘 Touching your toes
OR
🧠 Quieting your mind
We’re interested to see what our community says.

Meet Cheyla Robinson. 🤍
We’re excited to welcome Cheyla to the PYC Mentor teaching team.
Cheyla brings a unique blend of strength, mindfulness, intentional movement, and holistic wellness to every class she teaches. Her Power Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to help students build confidence, move with purpose, and reconnect with themselves through breath and movement.
When she’s not teaching yoga, you’ll find her creating nourishing plant-based meals through her business, Guilty Goode Vegan, or sharing her love for wellness, nature, and community.
Join Cheyla for Power Vinyasa Flow every Monday at 4:45 PM.
Say hello and help us give her a warm PYC Mentor welcome. 🤍

Our teaching team is growing. 🤍
And that means more opportunities to move, learn, and practice together.
We have TWO new teachers joining the schedule soon...
Any guesses who they might be?
Stay tuned. 👀

It’s getting hot outside anyway.
The difference?
In hot yoga, the heat has a purpose.
🔥 Your muscles warm up more efficiently.
🔥 You may experience greater mobility and range of motion.
🔥 The heat encourages focus and presence because your mind can’t wander for long.
🔥 You learn how to stay calm and breathe through discomfort.
Hot yoga isn’t about surviving the heat.
It’s about discovering what happens when you stop fighting it.
We’ll help you every step of the way.

Same community.
Same practice.
A much bigger ceiling.
Join us at Garfield Park this Saturday for Yoga in the Park.
