It’s open house day!!! We’re ready for you Merced!! We will be here from 7:30-11:00. We can’t wait to meet you.

We must be official, our name is on the marquee!!! And yes, the building is about to painted!!

You are invited!! Come check out the studio at our open house this weekend!! Free 20 minute yoga demos every hour and awesome raffle prizes. We can’t wait to meet you!

We are so excited to announce that Grounded Yoga is now an authorized vendor with the (CVRC) Central Valley Regional Center! Our instructor has more than 20 years working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and is certified in adaptive yoga. We can’t wait to welcome this community into the studio!

Did you know, taking your legs up the wall for five minutes improves circulation and lymphatic drainage, regulates the nervous system, aids in sleep and digestion and decompresses the spine. It’s an easy pose that can be done just about anywhere, but we’d love to have you do it with us!! Join us for our next class, Monday morning at 5:30 am!

Did we mention we have apparel??? Now in most sizes!!
