The North American Championship will take the date that the State Hunt is scheduled for, February 21st and 22nd with a Pre-registration on Friday the 20th from 4-6. The State Hunt will be scheduled at a later date.

The North American Championship for this upcoming weekend has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date. With the amount of snow we've had dumped on us and sub-zero temperatures it has become a safety issue. Not only for the people, but the dogs as well. The North American Championship needs to be a competitive event and we don't believe that this could be possible in these conditions.

"Pennsylvania State Hunt "
There has been a change of venue for the March 8-9 State Championship Hunt. It will be held at:
Stanley Snyder VFW Post 7465
1470 Brent Road. Volant, PA 16156
We will be using the Banquet facilities, with the entrance on the far left of the building. There is a big parking alcove on the far left of the parking lot that can accommodate all the dog trailers. All other cars and trucks can use the main lot, but away from the building. (Nearest the road).
There are some stipulations to being in the building. -Everyone must be signed in at the door.
-Non-Veterans cannot wear hats.
- Veterans are permitted to wear hats as long as it denotes their Branch of Service or Duty Station.
Food and drinks will be available as always.

We'd like to thank all for coming. Big thanks to Mike Luchetta for keep the fire going and Representing Purina who provides us with all the great dog food. Huge thanks to all the Judges that stepped up to get this in the books.
When was the last time anyone saw the top 3 Open dogs all be in their 1st Hunt? Congratulations to all.
Also, thanks to Roger Hanning and the Smokey Hollow boys for taking all the Hardware home. Probably had to stop at every Weigh Station carrying all that Iron and dog food!

Club Hunt results for December 15, 2024 Hunt.

We have decided to add a little intrigue to the Dennis Kennedy Memorial Hunt/ PA State Championship. Once the Hunt is over, there will be a special event for the Field Winners in each Class. This will include additional prizes. Details will be announced Saturday morning. See you then.

There will be Pre-registration on Friday March 8th from 4 pm to 6 pm for the Pennsylvania State Hunt/ Dennis Kennedy Memorial at the Clubhouse.

The 2024 North American Championship is in the books. We had 123 dogs. 79 Opens, 30 Champions and 14 Grands. Had good running and lots of rabbits both days. Much thanks to all the Judges as always. Mike Luchetta represented Purina, supplied the dog food, information and kept the fire going for us. Special thanks to Mike and Carla Hoover for helping in every phase. Thanks also to Mike Ledzianowski, Angela Carpec and Connie Swartz for pitching in to help things run smoothly.
