Our group exercise classes, gyms, and pools help strengthen physical bodies. However, the Y strives to also strengthen the mind and spirit. oy all of the amenities including pools, fitness centers, indoor track, sauna, basketball gyms, racquetball courts. Group exercise classes are included with your membership at no additional cost. Register for programs held at any of our three YMCAs at the lower full member rate. Enjoy summer membership to the Meriden YMCA Mountain Mist Outdoor Center for family, single parent family, adult, senior adult memberships. A Fitness Center Orientation is included to get you started and familiar with how to use the fitness equipment. Babysitting in Child Watch is included for children who are part of your family membership. Full members pay the lower price for programs and for summer camp.

Nature is full of inspiration! In our fall Mixed Media Art: Nature as My Muse class, young artists will explore how the natural world inspires creativity. Each week, artists will discover a different part of nature, learn about its unique characteristics and role in our ecosystem, and transform those observations into original works of art.
