There are 7 footballs, on the elementary school playground in Clarkdale. These kids want to play football.

When i can find a venue, and a good date. We are going to have a meeting to determine the future of this program. If youth football is to continue in our area, we need everyone’s support. Be on the lookout for time, date, and place coming soon!

As much as it hurts my soul, there will be no football at Clarkdale this year. I’ll try again next year. I appreciate all the shares and likes my post received I know this community wants a football program. I’ll make sure we have one next year.

Ok, there has been some talk about Clarkdale not playing football this season, and our backs are against the wall on making teams or any teams. I (David) am going to take authority away from the appointed board, because I will not, and can not let this program be idle, I’m going to have one more registration, meeting whatever you want to call it, at the high school practice field tomorrow. I need everybody interested in youth football continuing at Clarkdale to be there at 6:00

If it, dies it dies with me steering the ship, the community needs youth football, these kids need youth football, tell your friends, your kids, to tell there friends, I’m cutting registration In half, $50.00 per child, times are hard on us all, if price was a problem it’s taken care of, spread the word to everyone you can.

I need players, coaches, parents that want to participate in this program, please anyone interested come out tomorrow. I can’t just shrug my shoulders and say oh that sucks. We need to take action. Find me kids will to play football, parents willing to help coach football, and I’ll provide you with everything you need to make it happen.

Unfortunately, Clarkdale will not have a football league this year. We did not have enough interest or players to show up to form a team. We have spoke with the Enterprise commissioner and league, and they said they would gladly accept and welcome any Clarkdale players to come and play with them. They are having registration and practice on Monday at 5:30 at the Enterprise Elementary playground if you are interested in going there.

Tomorrow morning we will have a Meeting for Youth Football at 9:00am in the Clarkdale Cafeteria. If your child has any interest in playing, we need you to come to this meeting. As of now, we do not have enough kids to form a team. We have to know by tomorrow if your child is playing, due to ordering uniforms in time for the first game. Please contact Lake Mosley, Kyle Crenshaw, or send a private message to this group if you are unable to make it to the meeting tomorrow, but would like to register to play.

Very Proud of our players, coaches, and parents for making this a great football season. Our last game together may not have went on script, the second half these guys played hard and just about got it done.
