We all walk in with “what ifs.”

What if I don’t belong?
What if I can’t keep up?
What if I fail?

But what if…
this is exactly where you’re supposed to be?

What if you find your people?
What if you get stronger than you ever imagined?
What if this becomes your community?

Come try your first class with us. We’ve got you 👊🏼

Coach Lucas 👊🏼
Bringing the energy. Bringing the knowledge. Bringing the accountability.

If you’ve taken his class, you know—he’s all in, every time. And he expects the same from you (in the best way).

That’s how progress happens. That’s how this community gets stronger. 💪🏼

Weekend energy > everything else.

Show up a little looser, laugh a little more, and move because you get to—not because you have to.

We’ll see you in the gym. 👊🏼

SILVER, and we’re just getting started 🥈

Get Fit Meridian was voted Silver for Best Exercise Studio in Idaho, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

What makes this special isn’t the award itself—it’s what it reflects.

Early mornings. Finished workouts. Progress earned through consistency. High fives after hard sets. Encouragement on the tough days. A community that chooses to keep showing up.

Every member who has trusted us with their fitness journey, every coach who brings energy and purpose, every person who walks through our doors ready to put in the work—you’re the reason this means so much.

Thank you for believing in what we’re building here in Meridian.

We’re proud of this moment, grateful for this community, and motivated for what’s next. 👊🏼
