Our Xcel Gold and Platinum Gymnasts were treated Betsy's Bootcamp with Betsy McNally Laouar in Hattiesburg this weekend! Friday and Saturday were packed with lessons on the 5th Event - food, conditioning, and mental training! Thank You MS USAG for this wonderful experience! We can't wait to make and plan of action!!!
