As part of our team, you’ll teach tumbling, Cheernastics, ninja, recreational cheer, and more while creating a fun & positive environment where athletes can build confidence!

Coach Maddie:

Show up like this is competition day — ready to go from HEAD TO TOE! Be confident & proud of yourself throughout the entire session, and never be afraid to ask questions!

Remember you play a vital part in every single section of your routine & own what you role is!

Lastly, HAVE SO MUCH FUN!

Coach Sam:

Don't watch your neighbor, watch the choreographer.

Ask questions, if you are not comfortable in a group then ask during a water break.

Take a video and study it, literally study it, write down the motions with counts in a notebook... yes on real paper. Read it in the car to and from practice and any other opportunities that arise.

Learn the music like it is your favorite song. Know the beats, dings words etc.

Coach Presley:

Eat a healthy and filling meal before coming into the gym.

Coach Merisa:

be open to trying something new/challenging; bring energy, and confidence in your skills; and a positive attitude

We’re SO excited to officially introduce Cheer-Nastics—a brand-new program combining the best of cheerleading and gymnastics into one fun, skill-building class!

Perfect for athletes ages 5 & up, Cheer-Nastics is designed to help participants build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and body awareness while learning skills on the bars, beam, vault, floor, and tumbling—all with a cheer twist!
