If you know me, you know I love a good rice bowl! Here is what I have been making for dinner recently and it is delicious and full of protein!
- rice
- edamame (I grab a bag from the frozen section)
- tuna (I use a packet of the StarKist lemon pepper tuna)
- half an avocado
- spicy Sriracha mayo
Give it a try if you're stumped on what to make for dinner 😋

Super easy chicken burrito bowls! I have been making this everyday for lunch and it just hits the spot 😋
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- Aldi's Kirkwood breaded chicken breast fillet (my new favorite!)
- 1/2 cup of black beans
- 1/2 an avocado
- little bit of your favorite salsa to mix in
Doesn't get easier (or tastier) than that!
