The Melges 19 fleet delivered six races of close, tactical racing from shifty 8–15 knots on Friday, to a glass-out Saturday, and a steady easterly finale on Sunday.

Light Air, Big Shifts, and Tight Racing on Lake Geneva This past weekend, nine Melges 19s lined up on the starting line in Lake Geneva, WI for three days of racing. Over the course of the weekend, six races were completed in a wide range of conditions. Friday delivered classic Lake Geneva conditions with a shifty, puffy southwest breeze ranging from 8.....

The Melges 19 Summer Regatta wrapped up today with ɢᴏʟᴅ ꜱᴛᴀɴᴅᴀʀᴅ ᴄᴏɴᴅɪᴛɪᴏɴꜱ 👑💨

This fleet is TUNED UP — and we’re not just talking about the boats. Skippers and crews are stoked about their new ride and are left craving for more. Talk to anyone out there and you’ll hear the same thing: “Downwind the boat just takes off. It’s a ROCKETSHIP!” 🚀

No breeze, and still a GREAT sunny day for the M19 Fleet!☀️

No racing? No problem. Though sailing is always the goal, enjoying each other’s company on the Lake Geneva rooftop never gets old. 🍻

The Melges team has boots on the ground here at the club — supporting the fleet, talking tuning, and answering YOUR questions! The team and fleet met in the boat park this morning with a less-than-promising forecast showing little to no breeze. After a few hours of postponement, racing was ultimately called off for the day.

Tomorrow’s a new day, showing better breeze to round off the 2026 Summer Melges 19 Regatta! 🌬️
