I am an inspired yogi who is eager to grow and learn as a teacher, to improve my practice, and to spread the love of yoga to others because it is such an amazing practice not only for your body, but spiritually and mentally as well. I anticipate that you will not only become stronger, gain flexibility, but that you develop a positive relationship with your body and soul. I will share my experience

One of my passions is teaching a 90 min hot yoga class 🫶🏼 aka Bikram Yoga.
I went to Thailand in 2016 for 9 weeks and endured a very tough teacher training. It is part of who I am today and I am forever grateful 🙏🏼

This is how I feel after teaching 38 students at HOT YOGA in Merritt Island! What amazing energy they all had! Dedicating class to those at the Tallahassee hot yoga studio 🙏🏼
