🌟 Introducing the Wellness WOD 🌟
30-minute workouts >> Coach Led >> Functional
Time efficient workout using dumbbells, kettlebells & body weight movements.
These classes will focus on movements chosen to support strength, cardio, and everyday wellness so you can feel good inside AND outside the gym.
Twice daily classes to choose from Monday-Thursday (8:15-8:45a or 4:15-4:45p) and morning classes Friday & Saturday (8:15-8:45a).

Congrats to our March Member of the Month, Matt!!
Matt is a constant presence in the 5pm classes each week and started CrossFit after watching his son give it a try during Lacrosse training nearly 10 years ago.
"Nobody likes to get their ass chewed to "get lower" on their 10 thousandth wall ball, but the coaching and camaraderie at Rt 3 keep me coming back to suffer with my crew."

Fridays just keep getting better!! We saw pull-ups, muscle ups, and tested ourselves with that dumbbell this week. 💪🏻

🔥 February's Member of the Month - Kelly 🔥
Kelly is a newer member but continues to SHOW UP for herself every time she steps into the gym.
She recently made our committed club and attended 22 classes in January 🤯
When asked how Route 3 is different than other gyms this is what she had to say...
"... there is a good community of people and coaches to help and encourage you to get better and stronger that you don’t get at any other gym. I like that there’s classes that guarantee a good workout and can be scaled to your ability so anyone can do it."

✨Welcome Coach Lindsey! ✨
Lindsey completed our R3 coaching internship last week and officially hits the floor coaching TOMORROW!
A CrossFit Level 2 trainer, Lindsey also has experience coaching adaptive athletes.
Lindsey brings a ton of energy, fun, and knowledge to our coaching staff. We cannot wait to see all the great things she will do with our community.

Gymnastics Challenge Week 2 was 🔥🔥
We focused on hollow & arch control which are used in all gymnastics movements.
Our athletes are going back to the basics and strengthening the positions needed to improve all the skills. 🤸♂️
Onto Week 3....Let's Go!! 💪🏻
