Working counter striking today with my son. Basically, punching the attacking arm.
This was one shot to my forearm as I was throwing a hook, maybe 50% speed for both us.
Those splotchy red spots are where he hit me, once…15 minutes before I took the photo.
So much fun!!

Our expansion into South Carolina is almost done! We are legal in the state, just need a DBA as “Discovery Self Defense, South Carolina “, and a tax license and we can start teaching in the state!!!
