Wed Sept 28- Level 1 classes at 4:30pm and 6:30pm, and Restorative Reformer at 5:30pm
Sun Oct 2- Restorative Reformer at 9:00am and Level 1 at 10:00am.

Core Body Pilates Barre & Yoga Gilbert, Arizona in south Gilbert
Thur Sept 30- 5:00am, 5:15pm and 6:15pm

Trilogy Pilates in east Mesa (my studio)
Friday Oct 1- Private, or Duet, at 10:00am and 11:00am (DM me to schedule)

Made a new friend today, Courtney, owner of .co ,in Gilbert.
I totally loved her studio, great atmosphere. And she's such an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable, talented, and TONS of positive energy! I'm definitely going back.

My new friend Lourdes Avitia, owner and instructor at Empower Pilates. I was in Albuquerque visiting friends and decided to take a class at a local studio. I loved it, Lourdes is an awesome instructor and she has a really great studio, very inviting atmosphere. If you're ever in Albuquerque NM, definitely check it out.

Guess I better call an ambulance, cuz these ladies killed it this morning. And all that before 6am!!
