This is Connie. 👊
And this is the season of Connie.

She came to me wanting to lose weight, feel more confident, have more energy, improve her self-image, and finally start putting herself first again.

38 and feeling better than I did in my 20s.

Thinking about fasting but don’t want to wreck your energy or hormones?

Here are a few simple do’s and don’ts I give my clients:

DO:

Start simple – push breakfast back a bit and build up over time
Build your meals around protein + produce
Drink water + electrolytes
Break your fast with real food, not junk
Keep lifting and walking, just adjust intensity to how you feel
DON’T:

Don’t jump straight into 24‑hour fasts
Don’t use fasting as an excuse to binge in your eating window
Don’t stack fasting on top of 4 hours of sleep and 3 energy drinks
Don’t mess with aggressive fasting if you’re pregnant, have medical issues, or are on meds without talking to your doctor
Fasting is a tool, not magic.

Easy high-protein meal in 15 minutes 👊

Slice up a white onion and lay it down on the pan.
Chicken thighs right on top.

Season however you want.
I keep it simple:
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.

Broil on high.
Top rack or second rack down.

7 minutes. Flip.
7 more minutes.

Boom. Done.

Simple meals > complicated diets.
