1 - Dramatically reduce or eliminate costs for kids to play.
2 - Create a pick up culture and community spirit around the game.
3 - Create world class players, right here in Arizona.
4 - Give the game back to the kids, let them play and have fun.
5- Respect referees who are VIP's. Create world class people.
6 - Show that American Innovation and humanity is still alive and that people can do anything when they work together.
