Leaving class wiped out isn’t proof it worked.

The real work is in the details — moving with control, feeling each exercise where it’s meant to land, and choosing five clean reps over ten rushed ones. That’s what changes how your body moves long after class is over.

There’s a wall going up in the studio today with everyone’s name on it. By Halloween you’ll be able to see exactly who showed up.

THE HAUNT — every class you take in October is an entry. Take 13 and you’re in The 13 Club, with a prize pool of its own. Come in costume October 27–31 and your class counts double.

TOWER OR TERROR — Saturday, October 24, 1:30–2:30. A Halloween-themed Tower workshop with Rick. Members only, free, counts as an entry, costumes encouraged. Book it in Momence like any class.

NOVEMBER 7 — we draw the winners live at our Grand Opening. Grand prize is one month unlimited. The 13 Club gets a ten-class pack. Best costume takes a private session with Rick. You have to be there to claim it.

Check in at the front desk and we’ll hang your card on the wall. We stamp it for you every time you come in.
