Join us for a FREE Kickboxing Class this Friday, May 8th!

During this class we'll be teaching some fun beginner friendly Kickboxing skills for Mothers and their kids! After we've burnt some calories and worked up a sweat, enjoy some donuts with your kid, on us!

This event is meant to celebrate and show our gratitude for the amazing mothers in our community and give them a fun way to bond with their kids :)

This event is completely free for members and non-members, and we highly encourage you to bring you friends!

Our goal is to educate children and parents about the root causes of bullying and strategies to prevent bullying in our schools and community. We believe in building strong, resilient leaders who will stand up for their peers.

Congratulations to everyone who ranked up last weekend!!! This was a very special graduation for us because we had 3 out of our initial 6 black belt candidates graduating and putting on a special demo for our under ranks. I've never been more proud to promote a group to black belt before, and the under ranks on this graduation showed so much skill that I know they will all be amazing black belts in the future. Thank you to everyone who showed up to support their teammates, our volunteers, and of course, our graduates.

After a grueling 8 hour long exam we are proud to announce all three of our black belt candidates passed!!!

After two miles, hundreds of pushups and squats, board breaking, and lots and lots.. and lots of sparring these three are ready to receive their new ranks. Join us next week December 13th at 12:00 for a special demo from our new blacks belts and to see them receive their new belts.
