About the United States Rally Association
USRA is a partnership among event organizers, the USRA Board of Directors (BOD) and a nationally known sanctioning body sensitive to the needs of all rally events and competitors. The association objectives are to produce, promote and preserve the culture of stage rally competition. Through the creation of advisory committees, USRA will seek out comments from all interested parties and present those comments to the BOD.
